This class opens the gates into the deeper strata of shamanic practice: the return of lost soul parts, the reading of spirit realms, the mastery of journey-work, and the awakening of inner sight.

This training draws from Marza's decades of ceremonial work and the lineage she carries. You are not simply learning techniques—you are remembering a lineage your soul already knows.

Students train in the advanced skills traditionally passed through long-term apprenticeship with elders.

You will learn to navigate multirealms, walk between dimensions, converse with ancestors and star beings, track soul fragments across timelines, clear ancestral and trauma imprints, and wield the tools of the shaman with sovereignty and grace.

Through ceremony, journey, and spirit-led teaching, you access a healing technology far older than written history—encoded in your blood, bones, and luminous field.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN in the Hollow Bone Course:

Over 12 months, you will enter an advanced field of shamanic training designed to refine your skills and reshape how you relate to the unseen. This curriculum trains you to carry true medicine — to walk between worlds, read the architecture of soul and spirit, and serve as a bridge with clarity and integrity.

You will explore:

  • Soul retrieval and the return of lost soul parts across realms and timelines

  • Reading and navigating spirit realms through multirealm journeying

  • Advanced extraction and the clearing of ancestral and trauma imprints

  • Working with ancestors, star beings, elemental allies, and guiding intelligences

  • Constructing and tending altars as dimensional engines for healing

  • Spirit walking, oracular sight, and channeled guidance in service to others

  • Advanced shamanic work (not a beginner-level course). Familiarity with shamanic or energetic practice is recommended, but no prerequisites are required.

The Lodge of the Four Winds is a multi-course series created by Marza Millar to guide students into the living architecture of shamanic practice, ceremony, and multidimensional healing. Each pathway opens a different doorway into this lineage—some foundational, some advanced—but all rooted in Marza’s ceremonial experience and the teachings of her elders.

Each course is fully standalone.
There is no required sequence. Students may begin with the foundational course, the more advanced Hollow Bone training, or anywhere the call is strongest.

  • Path II: The Hollow Bone: Medicine Rites of the Soulwalker - The course on this page is an advanced apprenticeship in shamanic healing. It is designed for those who already have experience with spiritual work, energetic practices, or shamanism and are ready to step into soul retrieval, spirit communication, journey medicine, and the deeper architecture of reality.

Some students choose to take the full series.
Others take only one.
Each course is a complete initiation, and you may enter the Lodge through whichever pathway your soul resonates with most.

Throughout this sacred year, you will participate in powerful ceremonies, engage with ancestral wisdom, and develop your ability to walk between worlds. From the Medicine of the Buffalo to the Rites of Vision Quest, each module offers insights that will open your eyes, mind, and heart to infinitely wise ways of Nature and the Cosmos.

 

All live online classes will be recorded. Replays and course materials will be available in a course portal for you to revisit. 

 FOUR OPTIONAL COUNCIL FIRES 
+ VISION QUEST

 

As an additional offering, this course provides four immersive experiences during what Marza's Elders call "dirt time." These include Council Fires, pilgrimages and vision quests. This sacred time invites us to come together, share wisdom, and engage in deep spiritual practices—gathering around the sacred fire, entering the sweat lodge, and connecting with the cosmos under the vast expanse of stars, with the earth grounding us.

The schedule and location of these experiences is noted below.

Please note, these optional experiences will not be recorded and are contingent upon enough people signing up to attend in-person and will be confirmed once the course begins. They are not required in order to take the course.

For the past 36 years, Marza has also been offering Vision Quests to those seeking deeper spiritual connection and transformation. This year's Quest is taking place in Southern Oregon from August 1 - 8, 2026. While this isn’t part of a formal class, if you feel called to embark on this journey, these Vision Quests are also open to you. More information will be provided after you sign up for the course.

Meet Grandmother Two Clouds


Marza Millar

BSN, MA - Clinical Herbalist, Somatic and Energy Healer, Registered Hypnotherapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Ceremonialist

Marza was born into medicine ways since birth. She is of Ojibwe and Scottish descent. She has been formally educated in both allopathic (western medicine as a nurse) and alternative medicine.

Marza specializes as a medical intuitive and empath, herbalist, healer, and medicine woman. She also uses her clairvoyant skills to do readings and navigate her medicine ways. She specializes in Vibrational Biodynamic Medicine, Biofield Tuning, Hypnotherapy, Plant Spirit Medicine, Vibrational Somatics, and Wildcrafted Handmade Herbal Medicines, Geopathics, Geomancy, Somatic Healing, Soul Retrieval, and Life Coaching. She uses her empathic gifts along with her somatic, alternative, and allopathic education to offer life-changing educational experiences in mind, body, and spirit medicine.

 

Marza’s work has taken her deep into the Andes to work with the Inca Elders, into the Arctic Circle to work with the Siberian Yupick, and to the tops of the Hopi Mesa's, and deep into the Temples of Egypt. She is known nationally and internationally for her teachings and healing skills. She holds the woman's fireplace of the sweat lodge and vision quest at the linage fire of the Star Clan.

She also works with Damanhur in Italy, an Eco Community, as an educator on vibrational medicine.

She is currently the owner and formulator of a Biodynamic Vibrational Medicine line - Rebel Alchemy and Ancient Earth Apothecary. She also owns an herbal and vibrational medicine school in Nevada City and is on the faculty at the Academy of Oracle Arts.

She currently has a private practice and spiritual ministry in Nevada City, CA and in Upstate New York. She holds the fireplace of the Star Clan Linage Fire. She is Directing Minister of the Church of the Essence.

We journey to the ancient temples of Hawaiʻi, to the very base of creation itself—where Earth first rose from the waters and the veil between worlds remains thin. This is a land of origin, a living portal, often spoken of as a gateway to heaven. Here, the elements are still in dialogue, and the bones of the planet remember their first breath. Ceremony, prayer, and attunement to the land restore our relationship to source and to the original blueprint of creation.
