REFUND POLICY:

Our wish is that you enjoy the Academy of Oracle Arts and all of our courses. We have different refund policies for our various types of courses.

FOR LIVE CLASSES:

The deadline to receive a full refund for live classes is seven days after the course begins.

FOR ON-DEMAND EVERGREEN CLASSES:

The deadline to receive a full refund for on-demand evergreen self-study classes is seven days after purchase.

FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS, THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM, IMMERSIONS OR PILGRIMAGES:

Note, in-person events, immersions, or pilgrimages may have a stand-alone refund policy. Please read the terms specific to that product before purchasing.

TO REQUEST A REFUND:

To request a refund, please email [email protected] and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days and an email confirming the refund will be sent. However, we’d love to have a chance to address and resolve your concerns first.
