REFUND POLICY: Our wish is that you enjoy the Academy of Oracle Arts and all of our courses.

We have different refund policies for our various types of courses allowing you to explore each course without any risk.

FOR LIVE CLASSES: The deadline to receive a full refund for live classes is seven days after the course begins.

FOR ON-DEMAND EVERGREEN CLASSES: The deadline to receive a full refund for on-demand evergreen self-study classes is seven days after purchase.

FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS, IMMERSIONS OR PILGRIMAGES: Note, in-person events, immersions, or pilgrimages may have a stand-alone refund policy. Please read the terms specific to that product before purchasing.

TO REQUEST A REFUND: To request a refund, please email [email protected] and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days and an email confirming the refund will be sent. However, we’d love to have a chance to address and resolve your concerns first.

WISDOM OF THE SIERRAS | IMMERSION 1 | SEPTEMBER 21-22, 2024 | BUCKEYE HOTSPRINGS, CA

Join us for an OPTIONAL in-person, hands-on immersion to connect with nature and each other and integrate the teachings. We have an immersion for each season so you can learn about that season's plants, nature, and environment.

Immersions are OPTIONAL and attendance is not mandatory to participate in the Year-Long Herbal Arts Apprenticeship. You are welcome to attend whichever ones you can or none at all.

Immersions are also open to all students to register, regardless of whether you enroll in the year-long apprenticeship, although participating in the apprenticeship provides you with a comprehensive and deeper background.

IMMERSION 3
SEPTEMBER 21-22, 2024 | BUCKEYE HOT SPRINGS, CA

 

ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Meditations
  • Learning about the energy of the East Side of the Sierras
  • Learning the energy of herbs in the fall
  • This will be Autumn Equinox- we will learn about Equinox and do a ritual in accordance with it
  • Learning about root medicine
  • Lying under the exquisite fall gold color aspens dancing in the wind listening to their songs
  • Incredible scenic hiking under 13,000 peaks(easy hike on a flat trail) looking up at the peaks
  • Making medicine under old growth Juniper
  • Learning about Pine Resins and making medicine from it
  • Learning about how to stay balanced and healthy in the time when the seasons change
  • Learning about immune system - preparing for winter health and that season change
  • Medicine Making
  • Cooking dinner together-food as Medicine
  • Soaking in HOT SPRINGS
  • Hot/Cold hydro-therapy
  • Fireside
  • Storytelling/Poetry/Music

COST

The cost for each In-Person Weekend Immersion is $250 per student. 

This includes one meal each day, which we will cook together and share as part of our Food as Medicine lessons.

Each student is responsible for their own travel expenses ( i.e. gas, camping fees, materials fees for making medicine) & all other personal food expenses beyond the one shared meal.

REFUND POLICY

You can request a full refund up to one week before each immersion. One week, from the start date of the immersion, your payment is non-refundable. All immersions must be booked at least one week prior.
