Our wish is that you enjoy the Academy of Oracle Arts and all of our courses. We have different refund policies for our various types of courses, immersions, and pilgrimages.

Please read below to learn more about our polices for the Apprenticeship program.

 * Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your spot, all payment options require a $500 non-refundable deposit due to limited program space. 

* 30-Day Cancellation Window: If you choose to cancel within 30 days of the program start, refunds vary based on payment method. If you paid in full, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you began the monthly plan, you will receive a refund of your payment beyond the deposit.

* After the first 30 days of the program, we're unable to offer refunds and we require your payment plan to be completed.

* To Request a Refund, please email commune@academyoforaclearts.com and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days.
