We will continue forward & dive into the nuances, details, & profoundly useful principles and practices of the Lua as these teachings are very relevant & useful for an evolving life of safety, peace, & prosperity.

 
 

About Kumu Ramsay

Ramsay is a practitioner and instructor of several Native Hawaiian practices: Hoʻoponopono (stress release and mediation), lomi haha (body alignment), and Kaihewalu Lua (Hawaiian combat/battle art).
