With these apparently opposing energies, the essence of Venus is that of a multi-faceted jewel with many more reflections than just a two-sided mirror.
When one gazes into one facet, one can see the whole matrix of the universe.
In this 7-part course we will explore the myriad of facets that comprise the jeweled nature of Venus. We will dive into the alchemical stages within the body, mind and spirit realms of her archetype. As we explore these stages, we begin to learn and embody the ways she emerges and transforms us all.
We will explore the philosophy, the myths, and the planetary cycles of Venus through conversation, contemplation, embodiment, craft, poetry, and offerings by making Venusian Ritual our way of life.
Each 3 hour pre-recorded session was hosted a Friday, the day of Venus. The facilitators of this course are Isis Indriya, Baelyn Elspeth and Rachel Rossito.
In this course we will be exploring:
- the cosmology of Venus from an astrological perspective and a planetary perspective
- all aspects of beauty through deprogramming our cultural perceptions and by cultivating an authentic relationship with beauty and the natural world as a way of life
- the journey of our inner alchemical transformation in relationship to Venus, ascending through the process of decent
- the demystification of our perceptions around the social, cultural mythological faces of Venus
- our intuitive & rational engagement, looking into the many facets of the diamond to assist us in resolving contradictions
- a cultivation of deeper intimacy and understanding of our basic needs & desires so we may be of greater service to the whole
- embodied ritual as an offering of devotion and as way to commune with the lifeforce of Venus
Meet our Facilitators
Baelyn Elspeth
Baelyn walks the path of the Priestess and has devoted herself to ritual studies and a daily ceremonial way of life. She has a background in the Zen/Taoist Arts, sharing the art of Tea wherever she goes. Following the guidance of the cosmos, the elements and nature divine, she holds space for communities worldwide to awaken and remember.
Rachel Rossito
Rachel supports women in awakening the Sacred Feminine within. She stewards the Temple of the Rose, a sanctuary for women that hosts online courses to help guide them home to themselves and remember the beauty of who they are.
Isis Indriya
As a Minister, Culture Creator, Bridgebuilder, and fireplace keeper for the Oracle Clan, an educator of Ritual, Divination, Egyptian Cosmology, and Hermeticism, Isis shares what she has learned along the way all over the world, online, on Ritual Community, and through the school she birthed; Academy of Oracle Arts. She also leads pilgrimages to Egypt and in her Temple hosts community prayers and gatherings.
She is on the board for Water Now, Church of the Essence, Living Village Culture, the Oracle Clan and is an advocate for The Fountain.earth, Bioneers, Unify, and the Compass @ Lightning in a Bottle. Her continued study and focus is in regenerative culture as an offering to this life and future generations to come.
