In this long-awaited return to in-person ritual theater, Isis Indriya and Eve Bradford invite you into a 7-day immersive journey at Elāya, a 17th-century farm that is both a healing sanctuary and regenerative land project in Carovigno, Puglia in southern Italy.

Over seven days together, we’ll move through the full arc of ritual theater—from inspiration and script creation to the culmination of a collective performance offering on Friday evening. The week closes with a half-day integration and closing ritual on Saturday.

Set amidst ancient olive trees and timeless Mediterranean beauty, this gathering is both a workshop and a living initiation into the art of embodying story, archetype, and ritual in community.

Music will also be a living thread throughout the week. Local musicians and guest artists will join us, adding layers of sound, movement, and devotion. Their presence reminds us that ritual theater is not only spoken, but sung, danced, and vibrated into being.

MEET YOUR GUIDES

MEET ISIS INDRIYA

Born in Mesa, Arizona, Indigenous to and raised on the island of Guam. Isis Indriya dedicates her life in service to prayer, education, and community activism.

With the loss of her Mother, Deborah, at age of 4, her desire to commune with the Unseen, the Ancestors, and those on the other side has been at the forefront of her life and what led her to Ritual as a way of Life. At the age of 17 she moved to the US and began her studies in mythology & breathwork which led to the focus of Ancient Mystery studies, Sacred Sciences, and Earth Wisdom Traditions.

With cultivation of community at the heart of her offerings, she dove into event production, ritual, & education as a way to create culture. With over 20 years experience in various forms of gatherings, Isis has shared her offerings ranging from one-on-one sessions to facilitation of rituals of over 30k people with Wisdom-Keepers from around the world. Isis dedicates her life to learning and creating platforms for teaching of the sacred sciences of the Ancients, Indigenous wisdom, cultural exchange, Nature’s intelligence, and inner transformation as pathways for moving forward

MEET EVE BRADFORD

Eve Bradford has spent over two decades as an educator, ritualist, mentor and experience designer, working at the intersection of art, activism, medicine and magic. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from California College of the Arts and a BA from NYU's Gallatin Division of Individualized Study in Art Making and Cultural Process. She has studied intensively with Daniel Foor, Zhenevere Sophia Dao and Martin Prechtel, as well as Diana di Prima, Rebecca Solnit and Gabrielle Roth.

Her offerings are a fierce invitation into radical aliveness, weaving together ancient wisdom teachings with truths she has found on her own journey. She has several courses she teaches with the Academy of Oracle Arts including Animist Daoism, the Art of Ritual Theater, and Love Letters to the Holy Wild.

Nestled in the region of Puglia, in the south of Italy, we are immersed in a landscape that still beholds ancient memories—of goddess-worshipping and ritual healing traditions, of people who tended to their food, stories, and communities with care, and of the land’s timeless invitation to listen, slow down, and dream new futures into being.

Where will the immersion take place?

You’ll be creating at Elāya, a 17th-century farmhouse-turned-sanctuary in Carovigno, Puglia, in southern Italy. Imagine limestone arches, ancient olive trees, and a temple space dedicated to ritual arts. It’s both rustic and refined — a place designed for slowness, depth, and communal creativity.

Elāya is a home, a sanctuary, and a regenerative land project devoted to the healing and ritual arts and the restoration of right relationship with the web of life.

Here we hold the prayer of restoring a new version of the ancient healing temples present all around the Mediterranean - places where one would pilgrimage to find refuge, tend to the body, heart and spirit, receive healing visions, enacting sacred rituals and realign to a sense of purpose.

We also long to make this a place of gathering, of cross-pollination amongst peoples, cultures, and the land. We welcome humans from all walks of life, artists, creatives, mystics, healers, farmers and anyone who is devoted to stewarding a new culture.

Elāya sits on a three hectares of land, home to old olive trees, pomegranates, almonds, oaks, and more. We’ve also planted a syntropic agroforestry system filled with medicinal plants from the Mediterranean tradition, vegetables, and young trees to nourish the land and those who come here.

At the heart of Elāya is a 17th-century farmhouse, lovingly restored to preserve its traditional limestone arches and ancestral feel. The home includes five bedrooms—two doubles and three triples—all with ensuite bathrooms, and several spacious communal areas designed to share meals, rest, reflect, engage in creative conversation. We built a gathering temple space where we meet for practice and ritual.

Central to our work is land stewardship. We are committed to nurturing the soil, fostering biodiversity, and cultivating ecosystems that sustain life in all its forms. Through regenerative practices, we honor the earth’s intelligence and strive to heal the wounds of past exploitation, making space for renewal and resilience.

Elāya for us is first and foremost a home that longs to welcome anyone and everyone who is thirsty for connection, who is tired, heartbroken, who yearns to pour their loving attention in planting fertile seeds for the future.

She holds 1:1 spaces, community gatherings and events and pilgrimages around the world. She is the founder of The Way of the Soul, co-founder of the project Living as Sacred and recently steward of Elāya with her mother Camilla and partner Scott.
