The Inspiring Journey Behind This Webinar Roxanne & Rose
Mary Magdalene has been a focal point of study for each of us independently for many years. While on a hike back in 2020, we were deep in dialogue about how passionate we are for this pristine planet and the love we have for nature, life and all that we consider sacred. This conversation led to the common relationship we share with Magdalene, who has been a source of insight and strength throughout our lives. We shared the experience that in connecting to Her, we felt more compassion for others and also had the mutual desire to be of service to transformation and healing.
Rose proposed the question “How would the world look different if Mary Magdalene wasn’t erased from the history books?” From this was birthed the commitment between the two of us to bring that question to life through film.
Over the past 4 years, we have been immersed in the studies of Mary from both a historical, and literary perspective as well as in-depth ritual study including Roxanne being in her 4th year of the Academy of Oracle Arts and Rose embarking on the path of apprenticeship with Isis this year (among other forms of study and initiation).
The Watchtower Immersion was first created with the intention of gathering a group of women, praying together, sharing in council, crafting art and producing content to begin the path of documentary for the final film project.
These events are a cauldron of creativity and wisdom.
